recover that voice memo

I accidentally deleted a voice from recently deleted of voice memos app. How can I recover that voice memo on a iPhone 8 Plus?

You don't, sorry, unless you have synced or backed up your voicememos (before deleting that one).

No backup = No recovery, sorry.
