How do I delete an app from my library in iOS 14?

I didn't post about Screen Time because you didn't say you were having a problem, all you asked was how to delete an app. I answered the question you asked! If I may make a technical suggestion, ask the right question next time.

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases - Change Deleting Apps to Allow.
