iPhone 12 - Speakerphone Issues

We currently have an iPhone 12 that is cutting out consistently when we are using the speakerphone during phone calls.

The issue occurs on both 5G and 4G LTE with full service.

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

We tried those steps, but we’re experiencing the opposite problem. The speakers on the phone work appropriately, it’s the microphone when talking on speaker phone that appears to have issues.

Those we call while on speakerphone tell us that we’re breaking up. When we turn off speakerphone they can hear us loud and clear.
