Change my Apple ID country.

Dears,

I want to change my apple ID from American store to Saudi store. For your information my current apple ID have 0.47$ balance which I don’t want it you I grant you a permission to take them from my current American apple ID store then change my apple ID to Saudi store.

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
