iPhone disable

I would like to get some help with an iPhone that is disable at the moment. I’ve tried doing it online but it didn’t work, and now I’m not sure of what to do.

Click here and follow the instructions. The iPhone needs to be plugged into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
