How can I change my credit card number?

Hi,

My name is Tom Blakemore and I have an iPhone SE.  I got an alert in my Settings that I had to

update my payment details.  It indicated

that I had a problem with an iCloud payment for additional memory space. 

I clicked on ‘update payment’ and was told to sign in with

my Apple ID.  I did that and was taken to

‘Payment & Shipping’.  I could then

see that the program was attempting to use my old credit card.  I got a new card about 6 weeks ago when I

found some billing items for purchases that I did not make.  My credit card company then sent me a new

card.

Within the Payment & Shipping window I clicked on Edit

but nothing happened. I could not change the credit card number.  I have tried this several times and have been

unsuccessful.  What do I need to do to

change my credit card number to the correct one?
