Plllllzzzz Help

I reset my phone the other day and now I don't have access to my old iCloud backup. I made sure I had a backup before I deleted everything on the phone. Now I don't have my photos, music, or in app purchases I made in the past, contacts. My security questions will not reset they say I don't have enough information. Is there anyway I can get my stuff back. Thank you.

Welcome CurlyChappell,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you've restored your iPhone and can't access your iCloud account to restore the backup. We'll do our best to assist.

You'll want to follow these steps to reset the iCloud password: If you forgot your Apple ID password

If you can't reset the password without the correct answers to the security questions, you'd want to enable two-factor authentication; as explained in the above resource.

Hoping this helps out, take care!
