I'm using iphone 6s iOS version-12.4.2
recently im facing touch freezing problems. Like im using e my phone suddenly touch frezz but home bottom and other bottom works. When i turn off screen and then on , it works .
its happen several time in a day

No! i think updating older device is foolishness , because it appears many problems- battery drain, being slow, hitting issue , and older devices can't handle this upgrade iOS versions. Ios 13 or 14
is there any solution without updating ?
6s and forward can indeed handle iOS 14. My iP 7 works quite well with it. Updating is the only way to solve bugs and other issues.
If you have a 6s, not a 6, try updating to the newer iOS. Settings > General > update
