Developer of Past Purchased Application needs to Upgrade

after I’ve upgraded my IphoneX inyo the latest iOS my iDownloads+ Pro stopped working and Error Message states that developer needs to upgrade but how am i supposed to get them to upgrade when i couldn’t even Open the application to get the developers details
