Need solution for Unknown error 3004 on iTunes

My cute iPhone SE is got hanged two months later while i using Instagram and it automatically switched off, now i am using iTunes to recover my phone but while during this pop up message say that an unknown error occurred (3004), even i visited the apple care but they told some hardware issue. So technical team support to solve my problem
