Random phone number under my Apple ID

Random phone number appeared under my Apple ID stating that it is "contactable at iMessage and facetime". I can't remove the number in anyway. I've tried to change password, sign out of my Apple ID etc. In this way I can remove my personal phone number but this random number is still under my Apple ID. Any way to remove it? Thank you!
