Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, your Emoji Keyboard isn't working as expected on your iPhone screen. We'll do our best to assist with this.

Restarting was a good step. If that didn't resolve it, then we'd check for any additional third-party keyboards added to your device. If you have other keyboards, remove them and test it out. Here's how to add and remove them: Add or change keyboards on iPhone

You can also remove the Emoji Keyboard and then add it back later to test in Settings > General > Keyboards.

Should it continue to occur, please reply back with the following:

• Any recent changes to your device?
• Does this happen in multiple apps or just one?
• Did you need to remove additional keyboards?

Thanks for your reply and the answers to the questions, they are helpful. There are a few other things we'd check and ask about for this issue.

In Settings > Display & Brightness, do you have the View set to 'Standard' or 'Zoom'? If Zoom is enabled, does it help to switch it to the Standard view?

In Settings > Accessibility, do you have any features here enabled?

Does this occur in landscape mode? Meaning, turning the iPhone horizontally?

When you replaced the screen, did you have to set it up as a new iPhone or did you restore a previous backup?

It sounds like you're still struggling with the Emoji Keyboard option on your iPhone. Based on the fact this occurs within all apps, we believe it's best that you Contact Apple Support

They'll know the best way to try and resolve this from here. You'll be in good hands with them.
