iPhone XS stuck boot loop apple logo on & off flickering green

As per tittle my iPhone XS all of sudden got stuck in boot loop endlessly. And during the boot loop (just before the apple logo reappears again) the screen flickers green and goes back to boot loop.

tired to used iTunes to update eventually tried to restore. Even bought Reiboot app with full access, NOTHING WORKED..

the phone had been in perfect condition and always been in protect case.

now I have bought a 12 but still want this **** sorted so I can give it to my kids..

HAVE YOU EVER EXPERIENCED THIS? IF SO DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS?
