Watch, tracking, headset, goggles GO!
When I swim, I attach my watch to my goggles for use with an underwater headset. How can I get it to track my workouts? Currently, it pauses whenever I start swimming. Thanks!

It appears from your post that the issue you are having is that the Activities app is pausing when you actually start swimming.
Be sure you are following the steps outlined here on how to track a swim workout: Swim with your Apple Watch - Apple Support
If you continue to have an issue, try without connecting to the headset and see if the same problem occurs.
