Refund for subscription

Good day

I downloaded the edjing app and opted for the 7 day free trial only to realize I was charged R114

I cancelled the subscription as Edjing is an extremely fussy and unfriendly app which doesn’t allow me to use my Apple Music

I tried using Deezer as suggested on one of the app reviews but it doesn’t allow Deezer as well

I just cannot use this app

I need to claim my money back as it was a free trial, how do I go about doing this
