When attempting to update my watch from my phone I receive an error message "unable to check for update Checking for a software update failed because you are not connected to the internet." Start Over or Try Again. But I am connected to the internet
When attempting to update my watch from my phone I receive an error message "unable to check for update. Checking for a software update failed because you are not connected to the internet." with the option to Start Over or Try Again. However, I am connected to the internet. I have tried to unpair my watch with my phone and try again. Nothing will work and I cannot get my watch to revert back to factory settings or update at all now.
