I canceled my subscription for iTunes or at least I thought I did but I keep getting charged each month for iTunes even though I thought I unsubscribed. I can’t seem to find how to stop them from charging me. I just got charged again today and I’m unemployed because of covid so this is taking from my food savings. Please help.

You can view and cancel your subscription following the steps at How to cancel a subscription from Apple – Apple Support

You should also Check your purchase history, this will allow you to see what you have been charged for. You shouldn't still continue receiving charges after cancelling a subscription, so this will help you to find out what the charge is (if it isn't the subscription)

You could potentially try and claim a refund by contacting Apple's Form > Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support however this isn't guaranteed and it is up to whether Apple allow the refund or not.
