Cant access another Apple ID because I dont know the number

Hey there,

I recently got a new iPhone and it asked for one of my Apple ID's a verification code which was sent to number which I don't know. At the same time I cannot reset everything because in Apple Support it asks for same number, but because I don't know it I can't get any way to connect to it again. my older iOS 12 phone is still connected to that Apple ID, but not iCloud.

Any way to solve this?
