Closing the Logitech keyboard does not turn the iPad Pro off. Why is this?

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like when you close the cover the iPad doesn’t turn off and we would be happy to help! Let’s make sure that the Lock/Unlock setting is turned on under iPad Settings > Display & Brightness. If Lock/Unlock is already turned on, then turn Lock/Unlock off, then back on and check to see if that helps. For additional information see the Apple Support article Wake and unlock iPad
