I have cancelled free trial but it came to deduct the money

It says expires on June 13. When you cancel a subscription it still runs to the end of the current term. You can review your purchase history, check a specific purchase, manage subscriptions and request refunds.
First check the Purchase History and see if you were actually charged. If you were you can use the Request a Refund link on that page.
