I’ve redeemed $50 with two $25 Apple gift cards. It says there is $50 balance on my Apple ID, but when I go to get an in-app purchase it wants to make me put in credit card info. When I choose Apple ID to pay, it only lets me add money. How do I buy it?

I’ve done all of that. The $50 is definitely there, but when I click on the Apple account funds to try and buy the in-app purchase, it won’t let me use it to pay. It only lets me add more money.
Since adding the Gift Cards, have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device, and then signing back in to see if the money is in your account?
