can you fixed some of my apple program isnt working and i cannot play cam cause its getting memory full

Fixing third party apps would be up to the App developer, not Apple.
Not sure about the memory full message, try a forced restart, it might be RAM issue. If that doesn't work then it's probably a storage memory issue. See the links below to help free up storage space.
