Time limitation for responding to questions on Apple Communities

Hello Apple fam - is there a specific reason there are time limitations for how many responses you can give on this forum. I just started and genuinely want to help reply to question. I keep getting an error to wait a few minutes between responding. I do understand this could be to avoid any spam or bots, but Apple does remark in the help pages to be brief and short. Thanks for helping a newbie out.
