Hi! To reset an iPhone to factory settings, go to Settings > General > scroll down to the bottom of the menu and click the option that says reset. Then, click the option that says "Erase All Content and Settings". After that, your phone will ask you to confirm that you want to do that, and then click yes. You should be good to go from there!
