Just a minor note of a recent change, if you look at the upper left under Related Articles you will see the same article that you just posted meaning the OP got here from that article (the next to last option is come here). I've gotten in the habit of just referring them back to the article.
No, you would be surprised at how many times they have but then are confused. But it saves the time to just refer them back to it, especially since it has the title of the article rather than just a knowledge base article number. I just don't want to go through pasting it again but go for it if you like doing that.
It is clear that the Related Article was not read by the OP or they would not have posted.
