my right ear airpods is not working

Have you tried a factory reset of the airpods?

Place them both in the case, then hold the button on the back of the case for 10 seconds. You will need to re-pair them to the iphone after.

Failing this try giving the ear pieces a clean. They can get a bit of ear wax inside them.
