Hey Siri not working on my iPad already reset all settings on no luck

On new base model iPads, like the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th gen models, as well aa older iPad models that use both a Home button and have Apple's proprietary Lightning connector port, the automatic “Hey Siri” voice command feature will ONLY work IF the iPad is plugged into power and charging.


If these iPad models are working off of normal battery power, then you MUST hold down the iPad's Home button and wait for Siri to activate to give Siri voice commands
