MacBook Not Asking for Password

Hi! I noticed from macOS Big Sur 11.4 update that it is not asking for password anymore when I turn on (from power off or from sleep). Context: I usually login using my Apple Watch but I noticed that when I was charging my Watch and turned on my Mac, it did not ask for password. Tried restarting and shutting it down but still the same. Any help? Thanks a lot!

This doesn't work. (I'm on a 2017 21.5 2.3GHz iMac)

It still asks for the password after engaging the screen saver, but not after it is put to sleep and awakened.
