Why can’t I download apps from the App Store?

I just got my phone yesterday, and I can’t download any apps or games. Every time I try to download a game, it shows the blue check mark and then a popup shows up saying “This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store. Tap the Review to sign in, then review your account information.” And when I push the review button it says “Sign in required. Please enter your Apple ID and password to create and iTunes Store account from your existing Apple ID.” But the text box only shows password. Then when I type in my password (and I have tried every possible way to make sure I got it correct) it brings me to the same exact popup saying I haven’t signed in to the iTunes Store…

This Apple ID needs to be the one that you used to set up the phone.

You also need a payment method in Settings, (your name), Shipping and payment.

If you continue to have problems then Contact Apple Support directly. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach them here: contact Apple Support

Thank you, but the the text box only asks for my password. When I type in my password, it brings me back to the popup again. But if I type in anything else (including my Apple ID) it says my password or Apple ID is incorrect.
