I have done what apple suggested but my iPad has Greek as language of choice on everything except messamger

My iPad is coming up in Greek apart from messenger. I have turned it on and off Cleared cookies. Done everything suggested. Please help I want English is what the preferred language is set at

iPad, iPadOS 14

Please post a screen shot of what you are seeing that is "coming up in Greek".
