I purchased some airtags to put onto many things, I am wanting to share the family members like we do for location but I cannot find where to share. Please help

"An AirTag can be associated with one Apple ID. If you want to use an AirTag that someone else has used, they need to remove the AirTag from their Apple ID first. If the previous user removed the AirTag from their Apple ID but they were out of Bluetooth range of the AirTag, then you need to reset it before you can use it with your devices."
Did you send a feature request as well?
I agree that we should be able to share airtag with family members. Apple please add this feature.

Really need to be able to make apple air tag location shareable.
There a lot of uses for items that need to be tracked by more than one person. Kids, pets, keys…
Hence the 4 pack of AirTags lol
I think this is a missed opportunity that Apple should address in future updates. Most people want this functionality as an option to share.

I suspect Apples "answer" will be to release the AirTag pro which for double the price will allow you to do something which is obvious and their competitors already do.
I’m another who wants to share an AirTag location with others.
Not exactly an airtag for a different apple ID but a location of my airtag. Like when the car keys are used by my wife and she loses them.
Apple please provide a share feature for family members in your next update.
We bought it for the same purpose. A 'family sharing' update would be an amazing update and real life safer. Hopefully they will realise this.
