Can’t send MMs

Hello

i can’t send mms and i refer to my carrier company they confirmed that there is no problem from their side and i should refer to Apple support.

NB. My handset is iphone 12 pro max and i have the latest available IOS.

Interesting as MMS is a cellular provider's service. MMS specifically uses cellular data in order to function. Does this issue happen regardless of whom you attempt to send an MMS message to or just to specific ones? Does this issue happen when connected to a Wi-Fi network?

Hmm, sounds like a payment method issue with how you are sending these MMS messages. That would not be a phone related issue, regardless of which model or manufacturer its from. Sorry, but at this point, I don't have any answers to why you're having this issue. You can certainly try working with Apple Support directly by using the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's webpage as we are not Apple employees here. Good luck!

Yes, I understood from your original post that you contacted your cellular provider. I was just reiterating that MMS uses cellular data. Your iPhone, or any smart phone, would rely on this. Do you see any error messages?


How about does this issue exist regardless of who you send an MMS message to or just specific recipients?


Finally, what have you tried, so far yourself, outside of contacting your cellular provider, so that we don't try offering potential solutions that may not have already worked for you?

Different errors such as i don’t have enough credit to send the mms while my tariff doesn’t depend on credit as it is a bill, failed to send the message. This issue happens regardless to who i will send the mms in other words all recipients. After contacting my cellular provider they told me to change the device and i changed the device from iphone 6s plus to iphone 12 pro max and still same errors.

finally they told mes to try another device as “Android” system not “IOS” while the issue is from my cellular provide .
