I cannot clear screen time passcode on my Macbook Pro

I tried forgot passcode, forgot Apple ID and password, reinstalled macOS Big Sur, hard reset my computer to factory settings, but when I login using my Apple ID, the screen time turns on and my computer becomes unusable. Some time ago, I had set screen time on my child's iPad that was using my Apple ID. It's come to haunt me now with no way to get rid of it and I don't remember the passcode. HELP!!
