deleing user id 503

I want to delete this User that was created to fix something when I first got my MacBook. A staff asked me to create this User. I don't use it.

How do I delete it?

Users & Groups System Preferences

After authenticating, select the user and use the - button to remove it.

How to delete a user from my iMac I'd like to delete a user, which is me under a slightly different name, maybe set up in error when I got a new Mac. It's shown as standard but is ticked as logged in. I don't know what the password is associated with this user so I can't seem to get rid of it. Thanks

You can add & remove macOS user accounts using the "User & Groups" System Preferences:
