Help with calendar spam in Mexico

Can someone help me know how to clean off a calendar spam that got put on my phone here in Mexico. I tried instructions to click on the event in unsubscribe from it but there is no unsubscribe feature shown. Is there a legitimate program I can get?

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
