Setting up different Apple TV's in different rooms

Existing set up :

Room no 1 : Replacing New Apple TV 4K 2021 with old Apple TV 4K

Room no. 2 : New Apple TV 4K 2021

Room no 3 : Old Apple TV 4K from room no 1

The reason I want the entire house to move to Apple TV is that having used the old Apple TV 4K the experience is seamless plus added benefit of same ecosystem.

Question on set up :

1) Room 1 & 3.

Can I use the same Apple ID to log in both the rooms.

If I have logged in with same Apple ID in the both the rooms and if one user is using Netflix in one room and other user is using Zwift or seeing ESPN will it cause problem ?

users in these rooms have IOS, MacOS and basically in the same ecosystem

2) Room 2.

Should I create a new Apple ID or use existing Apple ID used in Room 1 & 3

Users in these rooms are on Android OS but have Apple ID

I will grateful if I am guided to available reading material on this or users can share their experience of setting up different Apple TV's in different rooms.
