Whatsapp Video Call - Notification

The incoming video call does not show the accept and decline button how it would show like a normal phone call. i could hear the phone ringing and it shows in the notification about the video. Everytime I'll have to go the notification and attend the call or when I open the Whatsapp, I see the ccept and decline button.

This issue does not happen on Whatsapp Voice Call. This issue happens for every video call. I have re-installed the app and same issue.
