Disabled account

Good afternoon, yesterday i went to appstore to update an app but unfortunately it said that my account was disabled from appstore and itunes, the problem is i had no idea what did i do that cause my account got disabled. I also recieve a phone call from apple like 5 minutes ago, but apparently i couldn't hear anything then i hang it up, big apology if i said something wrong.
