Podcast Subscriptions Blocked in China As Of 4 June

I live in China & have been using Apple's Podcast for years. As of 4 June 95% of my subscription feeds have halted & cannot be downloaded.

Given the broad range of content (some examples below) it makes little sense is this is a result of the CAC - Cyberspace Administration of China - intervention.

Any clues as to what just occurred? Granted, June is auspicious month for China's censorship given what happened a few decades earlier but this broad lockdown I'm seeing makes no sense.
