Message from Apple

I just got a text from apple saying “Reminder: You have one day left (until 06/12) to reset your Apple ID password.

To complete this, go to apple.com/recover” what does it mean by I have one day left?

iPhone 8, iOS 14

pretty sure it means you have 24 hours until you can't change your password
