You can choose from a small number of basic bands when you purchase the Apple Watch (my Wife just got one with the nylon velcro band.

Here is what is in the box. As mentioned you do not get a power brick, but you do get the charging puck, as shown. You can plug the charging puck into any computer USB port or USB charging brick you currently own.
