Apps crashing on launch with M1 Big Sur - Brand new macbook pro

I've seen quite a lot of similar problems posted on the web regarding the crashing of apps on Big Sur, but no real solution. I have a EtreCheck Report here for anyone who can decipher it. It is only in relation to Apple Apps - Keynote, Pages and Numbers, all of which i need to use quite often. I haven't been able to launch even once since buying the computer 2 days ago.
