Help. I can't find how to name a group text on iphone 12 pro All of the instructions say to click on the name of my group to change the name, but my group does not have a name to tap on

Hey Kwiatk48,
We understand you're not seeing the option to change the name a group iMessage. At the top of the group message, are you seeing group icons? If so, tap on the icons and then tap the "i" also known as the "info" button. Afterward, tap "Change Name and Photo"At that point, you should be able to enter the name of your group and also add a photo, Memoji, or emoji. Click "Done".
In order to name a group, it must be iMessages, which means everyone in the group must be using an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, and actually using iMessages. If there are any messages coming through as SMS/MMS messages, you will not be able to name the group.
