I need to get into my account and change my payment information and I have no idea where to go.

How do I get into my account and change my payment information? This is really confusing. I saw instruction thru iTunes but where it says to go doesn't show up on my iTunes.

Use the iTunes or Music Account menu, and choose View My Account.... After you log in, click Manage Payments.
