I am hoping to change my artwork for my podcast on Apple Podcasts. I've changed it on Libsyn and it's updated on Spotify, but it isn't changing on Apple. It's been a few months now so I'm confused.

You have two issues - dimensions are wrong and file size is too large:
Please get image size to <500 kb
Please get image width & height to 1400px

You need to make sure your new Artwork meets ALL of these specs:
1,400 x 1,400 pixels min to 3,000 x 3,000 pixels max - SQUARE
.jpg or .png
RGB
AND
<500 kb file size
ALSO - you need for the new version to have a different file name than the old version. If the old version of the artwork's file name was logo.jpg - then the new version must be anything else.
If you post the name of your show - I can check your artwork per the specs above.
