Why is my text turning white on a white search bar in Facebook only on Ipad?

This may be helpful to some people:
- I checked the text colour in the search box on Facebook and found the following results:
- iPad Air (generation 1) through the Facebook App - White text on white background, text NOT visible.
- iPad Air Facebook through Google browser - Black text on white background, text visible.
- Desktop PC Facebook through Google browser - Black text on white background, text visible.
- Desktop PC Facebook through Microsoft Edge browser - Black text on white background, text visible.
Today 10/07/21 I took the following action to resolve the problem:
- Logged out of Facebook and back into Facebook - This made no difference the text was still white on white.
- Re-booted iPad Air - This made no difference the text was still white on white.
- Again logged out of Facebook and back into Facebook - This made no difference the text was still white on white.
- Updated Facebook App through App Store to version 325.0 259MB - This made no difference the text was still white on white.
- Another update was available in the App Store ONLY after I had installed update 325.0, this new update version 326.0 258.5MB was available from 08/07/21.
- Updated Facebook App through App Store to version 326.0 258.5MB - This corrected the problem and the text has been restored back to black text on a blue background.
Bit long winded I know but I hope this experience helps some people.

I had this happen after inadvertently pressing some advertisement where a message came up saying iPad had 3 virus. I closed that window and Facebook white text happened
Apple need to reach out Facebook let them know we are having problem with search bar.
I have the same problem. Its really annoying. Please apple get in touch with Facebook and sort it out.
