The iPad Mini 2 came with a 10W power adapter; you should use a power adapter that is 10W or more.

The iPhone SE when it was originally sold came with a 5W adapter and should not be used with the Mini2.

You could use the Mini power adapter with the iPhone.

If you have a 20W USB-C adapter and USB-C to Lightning cable, that would be one option that could be used for both.
