Content Blockers on my iPhone 12

A couple of years ago I downloaded an ad blocker & forgot about it. Now I see that under Safari, Content Blockers, "Legacy" is showing. Did Apple neuter this App in 2019 and, if so, should I simply delete it? What ad blocker would be recommended now?
