Multi Touch Issue While Gaming

Hi, I recently bought an iphone 12 Pro Max, But i am facing multi touch issue while gaming. I play Pubg with 5 finger claw but the moment I tap 5th finger it cancels all the other touches too (which it is supposed to do when touching the 6th finger)

I didn't face it earlier and most probably it wasn't there when I bought the phone, else i'd noticed it for sure.

I Create Gaming content for my youtube channel and i play really well but this touch issue is not letting me play normally.

I've had rog phone 3 and 5 but sold them both just to get iPhone. And now this thing is even worse.

Recently some firmware updates were pushed to device in last month and half, I don't know if that's causing the problem.

But I have factory resetted the phone twice, Turned off all touch features like reachability etc. But no difference.

Normal Touch is fine, no issues at all but Multi Touch.

I downloaded an app from app store and it also shows this problem.

In pubg i can't use fifth finger. (i was preparing for tournament but...)

What can I do about it?
