Turn on Critical Alerts

How do I turn on Critical Alerts in ios14.6 on iPhone 12. I don’t see this under notification settings

Turn Government Alerts on or off

Go to Settings > Notifications. Scroll to the very bottom of the screen. Under Government Alerts, turn the type of alert on or off.

Thanks but this is not Government Alerts. Some safety apps like Ring allow you to bypass the DND by enabling “Critical Alerts”. It used to be a feature in iOS 12 but can’t seem to locate it in iOS 14
